The Burn 1,000 Calories At-Home Workout

You Don't Need a Gym or Equipment to Burn Calories

When trying to lose weight you might not be ready to hit the gym as of yet. Or maybe you like to hit the gym, but you can’t today due to the swarm of locusts outside of your house.

That doesn’t mean you should sit down and do nothing, however.

This workout can be done in the comfort of your home without the use of any equipment.

That doesn’t mean it will be easy. It should go without saying but if you aren’t physically conditioned to complete this workout in one sitting then you should not try it. Please, for your health and sanity. Build up to it with a lighter workout.

If you do attempt this workout and feel any light-headedness then please stop immediately. There is always tomorrow.

Warm Up

People don’t realize that no matter what workout you are doing you should always build up your heart rate before jumping right into it. In the case of this workout you can warm up 10-minute jog/sprint intervals.

  • Jog for 1 minute
  • Light sprint for 1 minute

Repeat 5x.

You are going to repeat this set of exercises 3 times.

100 Jumping Jacks

Cool Down

You’ll want to do a little cool down to slow bring your heart rate down back to normal. You will do 10 minute of jog/walk intervals.

  • Jog for 1 minute
  • Walk for 1 minute

Repeat 5x.
